AnOther Publishing Limiter – Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter of the competition being the person who is legally responsible for operating it is AnOther Publishing Limited whose registered office is at 112-116 Old Street, London, UK, EC1V 9BG.

2. The competition is open to all residents of Great Britain aged 18 or over, with the exception of employees of the Promoter, Belstaff Group SA and their immediate families. This competition is not open to residents of Northern Ireland.

3. The competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

4. The competition is open to entries from 10:30 GMT on 16th October 2013.

5. The closing date for receipt of entries is 23:59 GMT on 22nd October 2013. The Promoter reserves the right to extend the closing date at any time prior to the closing date, if in the Promoter’s opinion it is necessary.

6. To enter please fill in all required fields, you will then be entered into a random draw to win 1 x men’s or 1 x women’s ‘ROADMASTER JACKET’ in signature six-ounce waxed cotton. The winner of each prize will be able to select both size and colour of the jackets from a list provided by the Promoter.

HOW TO ENTER

7. Entries must be correctly submitted by the closing date of the competition. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries or information that is incomplete, incorrectly submitted or fails to reach the Promoter by the closing date for any reason.

8. This competition is limited to one entry per person for the draw.

HOW THE WINNER WILL BE SELECTED

9. The competition winners will be selected at random by anothermag.com from all submitted entries for the relevant draw and will be notified by 26th October 2013 using the email address that was used to enter the competition.

10. The decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

THE PRIZE

11. The prize is 1 x men’s or 1 x women’s ‘ROADMASTER JACKET’ in signature six-ounce waxed cotton. Both will be available in your chosen size and colour. The winner of each prize will be able to select both size and colour of the jackets from a list provided by the Promoter.

12. Subject to clause 14, the prize(s) will be dispatched to your given address (which must be within the UK) within 14 days following the closing date of the competition. No charge will be made for delivery. Neither the Promoter nor Belstaff Group SA will be liable for any prize that is lost, delayed or damaged in delivery for reasons beyond their reasonable control.

You hereby acknowledge that:

(a) The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize(s) with an alternative of equal or higher recommended retail value.

(b) The prize(s) cannot be redeemed for cash and no alternative prize(s) are available. The prize(s) are non-refundable and non exchangeable and are subject to availability.

(c) You are not to sell, offer to sell or use the prize(s) for any commercial or promotional purpose (including placing the prize(s) on an internet auction site).

13. Any failure on the part of the winner to meet the eligibility requirements set out in these terms and conditions may result in the winner forfeiting their entitlement to the prize and you hereby acknowledge that in such circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to another entrant.

NOTIFICATION

14. In the event that a winner does not communicate his/her acceptance of the prize by email to by 23.59 GMT on 1st November 2013, by email to info@dazedgroup.com or by phone to +44 20 7336 0766 the Promoter reserves the right to randomly select a new winner. The new winner will have until 8th November 2013 to communicate his/her acceptance by email or phone. Any winner that does not communicate his/her acceptance by the relevant date pursuant to this Clause 14, will not be entitled to receive a prize and no alternative winner will be selected.

15. At the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter a winner may be requested to provide the Promoter with proof that they are the holder of the email address submitted with the winning entry and that their entry is otherwise in compliance with these terms and conditions.

16. The winners’ names (or any of them) may be made available online and/or on request to those writing to AnOther Publishing Limited, 112-116 Old Street, London, EC1V 9BG. By entering the competition all entrants will be deemed to have agreed to their name being disclosed in this manner if they win.

DATA PROTECTION

17. When you submit your entry to the competition, you will provide us with certain personal data, including your name and email address. By doing so, you agree that the Promoter shall be entitled to process such personal data for the purposes of the administration of the competition and may transfer such personal data to Belstaff Group SA (“Belstaff”, Via Passeggiata 4, 6883 Novazzano, Switzerland) who, subject to your consent may add your name and email address to the Belstaff Group SA data base for the purpose of sending you marketing communications relating to its products and services. Please consult their terms and conditions and privacy policy to find out how they process your personal data.

18. The personal data that you submit to the competition as part of your entry and any other data collected by the Promoter shall be processed by the Promoter (or by a data processor appointed by the Promoter to undertake processing on its behalf) and stored on servers located within the United Kingdom and controlled by the Promoter in accordance with our Privacy Policy as set out here.

GENERAL

19. By entering this competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this competition and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.

20. Entrants may be required to provide a written acknowledgement of all terms and conditions of the competition before receiving their prize.

21. In the event that you breach these Competition Terms and Conditions, you shall be automatically disqualified from the Competition and ineligible to win any prizes awarded in connection with the Competition.

22. The Promoter makes no representation or warranty regarding the competition and/or the nature or quality of the prize(s) and any conditions, warranties or other terms implied by statute or common law are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

23. Neither the Promoter nor Belstaff Group SA takes any responsibility for any damage, loss or injury suffered by any entrant as a result of accepting the prize provided that nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the Promoter’s or Belstaff Group SA’s liability for death or personal injury caused as a result of their negligence.

24. If any clause or part of a clause of these Competition Terms and Conditions is, or becomes, invalid, illegal or unenforceable, then that clause or part of a clause shall be deemed to be deleted from these terms and conditions. Any such deemed deletion shall not affect the validity, legality or enforceability of the remainder of these Competition Terms and Conditions.

25. By entering the competition, you shall also be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

26. The competition is organised under and is subject to English law. These Competition Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of these Competition Terms and Conditions.

27. Belstaff Group SA is sponsoring the prize(s) but is not responsible for the operating of the competition. All enquiries concerning the operating of the competition should be addressed to the Promoter.
